Honey Bees Changed My Family Health
I didn’t go looking for miracles. I simply chose to live alongside bees—observing them, letting hive air drift through our home, and welcoming their steady hum as part of daily life. Over time, something unexpected happened. My family health changed.
This is our family’s story and what we’ve learned about creating a gentle, bee-supported healing environment.
Before I started keeping bees, I was very active in sports—football, badminton, running, swimming, cycling, volleyball, table tennis, and futsal. But despite staying fit, I still had health problems. Every year, I used to suffer from coughs, influenza, and fever about four times.
Everything changed after I began living with bees. Within just one year, I realized something extraordinary—I no longer experienced those recurring health problems. And even though I stopped doing sports, my body stayed strong and healthy. Now, after almost 10 years of living closely with bees, I still have not had those issues again.
For more than 10 years, I suffered from a chronic wrist problem. I tried many ways to heal it, but nothing worked. Then I decided to try bee sting therapy. Amazingly, with just one session using 10 bee stings, my wrist pain disappeared completely—and it never came back.
I also struggled with another condition called Cervical Root Syndrome for more than 25 years. This problem caused severe discomfort. Doctors, physiotherapists, and even traditional healers could not solve it. But with bee sting therapy, the results were extraordinary. After only 1.5 months of treatment, my problem was fully cured.
Before I started keeping bees, my son used to struggle with asthma. He often needed to use a nebulizer. We tried different treatments, but the problem kept coming back.
After about two years of living closely with bees, something amazing happened—his asthma completely disappeared. The combination of bee sting therapy and the natural healing environment created by the hive made a huge difference.
What’s even more inspiring is his own choice—my son prefers to take a bee sting rather than visit the doctor.
Living with bees has given him freedom from asthma and shown us that nature provides powerful solutions where modern medicine sometimes struggles.
My wife used to struggle with serious health issues. She often suffered from bronchitis and also had ongoing menstrual problems that caused her a lot of discomfort. We tried many ways to help, but the problems kept coming back.
Then everything changed when we started living with bees. What’s amazing is that she rarely even got stung—but simply by being close to the bees, breathing the natural hive air, and being surrounded by their vibrations, her health improved dramatically.
Now she no longer suffers from bronchitis or menstrual problems. Living with bees has given her lasting relief—without doctors, without medicine, and without regular bee stings.
And in 2019 she start uses micro sting —very light, carefully placed stings—for a subtle, natural skin-firming effect. These tiny exposures can stimulate local circulation and give a gentle tightening look.
Bees have not only changed my life, but also the lives of my parents.
My mother used to suffer from asthma, but through bee sting therapy, she became completely free from it. Today, she can breathe easily and live without the struggles she once faced.
My father, on the other hand, has been a traditional beekeeper since he was young. What’s amazing is that although diabetes runs strongly in our family—three of his brothers, two cousins, and even some of my cousins have diabetes—my father has remained diabetes-free all his life. I believe this is because of his close and lifelong connection with bees: breathing hive air, being around their vibrations, and occasionally getting stung while working with them.
My older sister used to suffer from severe knee problems. The pain was so bad that she couldn’t even go upstairs in her own house. Walking and climbing steps became very difficult for her.One day, I saw my cousin struggling with a serious ankle problem. He had been suffering for more than three years and could hardly walk because of the pain. After just one session of bee venom therapy (BVT), his ankle pain disappeared, and he was able to walk again. π✨
When his brother heard about this, he immediately asked me to help with his wrist injury, which he had suffered for about two months. Once again, with only one BVT treatment, the pain and stiffness were gone, and he fully recovered.
This experience shows how powerful and fast the natural healing effect of bee venom can be for sprains and ligament injuries. π
This story is living proof that bees don’t just give us honey—they also give us health, strength.
π Important Reminder π
If you decide to do bee sting therapy, please make sure to use only dying bees.
Bees that are nearing the end of their lives usually leave the hive on their own. During the day, they fly as far as they can until their strength is gone and they pass away. At night, these dying bees are naturally attracted to the nearest light source. They circle around the light bulb for a few minutes before falling to the ground, where they crawl briefly and then die.
This way, therapy can be done without harming healthy bees and still brings powerful benefits for humans while respecting the natural life cycle of bees. πΏπ
SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE
Apitherapy is not just an ancient tradition—it is also strongly supported by modern science. Thousands of scientific studies have explored the health benefits of bee products, especially bee venom.
One example is the research “Studies on Bee Venom and Its Medical Uses” by Mahmoud Abdu Al-Samie Mohamed Ali. This paper highlights that over 1,700 scientific publications have been carried out on the composition and effects of bee venom in both animals and humans.
These studies reveal that bee venom contains a unique combination of biologically active compounds, such as melittin, apamin, adolapin, and enzymes, which have been shown to support the body in many ways. Research suggests that bee venom may:
Reduce inflammation
Support the immune system
Improve blood circulation
Relieve pain
Contribute to the management of various chronic conditions
This growing body of evidence demonstrates that apitherapy is not merely based on tradition, but is also rooted in a solid foundation of modern biomedical research. It bridges the wisdom of nature with the validation of science, offering powerful possibilities for prevention and wellness.
π Bee Venom – Widely Studied in Modern Science π
Bee venom is one of the most researched natural substances in the world. Scientists have published over 1,700 studies exploring its composition and effects on human health. What makes bee venom remarkable is its wide range of biological activities—anti-inflammatory, immune-modulating, pain-relieving, antimicrobial, and even anticancer properties.
The list you see here highlights some of the conditions that have been studied in relation to bee venom, covering a wide spectrum of human health challenges:
πΉ Cancers Studied
From breast, ovarian, and prostate cancers to glioblastoma, leukemia, and pancreatic cancer, research has shown that bee venom compounds like melittin can selectively target cancer cells while sparing healthy ones.
πΉ Autoimmune and Inflammatory Diseases
Conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis, lupus, psoriasis, and asthma have been studied for bee venom’s potential to calm harmful inflammation and rebalance immune activity.
πΉ Infectious Diseases
Bee venom has shown promise against Lyme disease, HIV, tuberculosis, hepatitis, influenza, herpes, and even Zika virus because of its natural antimicrobial and antiviral compounds.
πΉ Neurological Conditions
Studies suggest bee venom may support people with Parkinson’s disease, ALS, and neuropathic pain, thanks to its ability to protect nerves and reduce neuroinflammation.
πΉ Other Conditions
Bee venom has also been researched for chronic pain, fertility challenges, cartilage preservation (joint health), wound healing, and skin conditions like vitiligo.
✨ This wide range of research shows that bee venom is not just folklore—it’s a subject of serious scientific investigation. While more clinical trials are needed to translate findings into mainstream medicine, the evidence so far confirms what traditional wisdom has always known: the bee is a healer.
Apitherapy is not limited to bee venom—scientific studies have also begun to explore the therapeutic potential of bee hive air (aroma therapy).
One example is the study “Unravelling the beehive air volatiles profile as analysed via solid-phase microextraction (SPME) and chemometrics.”
This research identified the complex mixture of volatile compounds naturally released inside a beehive. These substances include essential oils, plant resins, and antimicrobial compounds collected by the bees and transformed within the hive environment.
The findings suggest that inhaling hive air may:
Support respiratory health by exposing the body to natural antimicrobial volatiles
Promote relaxation and stress reduction through the calming aroma of the hive
Strengthen the immune system by gently stimulating natural defenses
This is why people who spend time near beehives—or use special indoor observation hives—often report feeling healthier, calmer, and more energized. Science is now confirming what beekeepers and traditional healers have observed for centuries: the air of a beehive is a natural wellness therapy.
πΏ The Main Reason I Share the Health Benefits of Bees πΏ
I don’t share about bee venom or hive therapies to promote treatments—I share them to show how precious bees truly are.
The biggest danger bees face today is not disease or climate—it is human fear. Because of fear, many colonies are destroyed by pest controllers, even though bees are harmless if we learn to live with them.
By showing the health benefits that science has discovered—from bee venom to hive air—I hope more people will see bees not as something to fear, but as partners in our health and well-being.
✨ When fear is replaced with love, we will protect bees instead of harming them. And by saving the bees, we also save ourselves.
